Medusa Resort is a mere 10km away from the city of Naxos, Chora, which is 9 km asphalt road & 1 km earth road. It is situated in the beautiful 7 km long, beach of Plaka. Transportation service is provided upon request to the guests during arrival or departure, with an additional charge.

How to Access

By plane

You can reach the island with airplane from Athens. The airport is on the northern side of the island and only at a 5 km distance from the resort. There are regular flights with Aegean Airlines. You can also land on a nearby island (Santorini, Mykonos, Paros) and then take a ferry.

By ferry

You can take the ferry from Athens (Piraeus port or Rafina) but also from Santorini, Mykonos, Paros and other islands with an international airport. The port is is located in Chora, the main town, 9 km away from the resort. You can check routes and rates on www.ferriesingreece.com.

Our Beach

Plaka Beach is one of the best beaches on the island, 7km long with golden sand and crystal clear turquoise waters.

Windsurfing and Kitesurfing

Naxos Island is the ideal place to practise windsurf and kitesurf. Guests can visit the various clubs around Medusa resort (Mikri Vigla beach or Plaka beach) and rent equipment or learn the basics
